AMHERST, N.Y. – Dr. Joseph Sankoh, associate professor of political science at Æ½ÌØÒ»Ð¤ÂÛ̳ College, has been selected for a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Award to Rwanda, making this the second time he has been chosen for this prestigious international program.
